Project/employee access

With Intempus, you get the option to choose which projects specific employees should have access to. There are two ways of doing this:

To edit project access for a specific employee:

  1. Click the tab "Employees"
  2. Choose the employee you wish to edit in the list
  3. Click the tab "Project access"
  4. Make sure the box "Allow access to all projects" is not ticked
  5. Choose which projects the employee should have access to. NB!: Only projects where "All employees are allowed to create time entries on project" is disabled will show up in the list.
  6. Click "Save"

To edit employee access for specific projects:

  1. Click the tab "Projects"
  2. Choose the project you wish to edit in the list
  3. Click the tab "Employee access"
  4. Make sure the box "All employees are allowed to create time entries on project" is not ticked
  5. Choose which employees should have access to the project. NB!: Only employees for which "Allow access to all projects" is disabled will show up in the list.
  6. Click "Save"
