If you have just created a new account, a new employee, or if an employee has forgotten his/her password, you need to assign a new password.
- Click the tab "Employees"
- Select an employee in the list
- Click the tab "Employee profile"
- Click "Edit"
- Click "Password option". Now, you can choose to either send a new password to the employee's e-mail address, or enter a new password. The employee can then change the password in the app.
